
刘奎,男,山东青岛人,中共党员,工学博士(后);山东省“海外优青”,山东省海外科技人才。2019年博士毕业于英国南安普顿大学(Top 100,师从英国皇家工程院院士/我校兼职教授William Powrie教授),岩土工程专业,获英国皇家工程院-南安普顿大学-EPSRC联合奖学金(全奖);毕业后到英国卡迪夫大学环境岩土研究中心(师从英国皇家工程院和皇家协会两院院士、中国科学院外籍院士Hywel Thomas教授),法国核能安全与辐射防护研究所从事科研工作。主要从事环境岩土与能源土工领域的教学与科研工作,致力于解决相关领域的理论与应用问题。近年来承担包括欧盟地平线联合基金/子课题、法国国家实验室开放基金、山东省优秀青年科学基金(海外)、山东省自然科学基金青年项目等7项课题;以第一/通讯作者等在《Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering》《Geomechanics for Energy and the Environment》《Transportation Geotechnics》《ICE -Environmental Geotechnics》等期刊发表SCI/EI论文11篇,担任《Proceedings of the ICE - Waste and Resource Management》等期刊审稿人。
